Distillery Rebrand
A distillery in the Caribbean wanted to distribute outside of its small island country. First up, rebranding to compete on a global scale. Second up, redeveloping recipes in order to conform to the legal requirements of the US and the EU. Third up, some facilities maintenance and an increase of domestic market share.

Beverage Program for Asian Restaurant
A new restaurant was being developed in New Castle, Colorado, and the owners tapped us to create the Beer, Wine, Cocktail and Saké lists that remain largely untouched to this day. The programs outperform the programs in the restaurant it replaced by more than 50%.

Saving a Brewery
A brewery was in deep trouble and needed assistance. We repurposed an ailing taproom, created some more cost-effective recipes and partnered with some local charities for great attention and tax savings. Extensive work was done on systems and processes, and distribution was given a shot in the arm.

Cellar Project in Aspen, Colorado
An owner of an incredible Burgundy collection tapped us for inventory work, where we successfully catalogued and mapped each bottle in a printed document for keeping in the cellar. The owner was adamant on a more traditional method of inventory maintenance, eschewing the tech more commonly used. Appendices with vintage charts and producer notes were included for reference.
